Project Details
In August 2007, Semurg Invest LLP acquired Falcon Real Estate Company along with a land plot of 0.6 hectares near the Star of Aktau business center with the aim of building a business center with class A office space for oil and gas companies.

Semurg Invest LLP carried out a preliminary feasibility study of the project and a preliminary design, and also obtained the necessary preliminary technical conditions for the design and selected the project company to carry out the development project.
